That is why I don't want my wife, an anesthetist to be busy.. and for her professional satisfaction, she gives anesthesia only for my patients,.. which occurs very rarely. . I don't want her to join any full time job with night duties and all.. though she cribs, I tell that it is all good for the family.. and I agree with what Andy said too.. WE always had both parents at home when we returned home and always loved to play as kids both indoors and outdoors..
how much have the society changed??adithyasaravanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04825145071391338927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6095051775701760509.post-27933074647049107732011-12-19T10:29:01.125+05:302011-12-19T10:29:01.125+05:30Hello.

I understand mom & dad have to work to make ends meet, but when I was a little child, my mom did not work, there were a lot of mouths to feed & my dad was the only breadwinner in the family. We were poor, but we never went hungry & always had clothes on our backs. Parents of today are of the opinion that giving their child the latest gadget is showing love...how wrong & misdirected they are!

A very thought-provoking post Haritha.
Your photo is lovely too.
Thanks for sharing.

For ref:
An Inscription Of LoveThe Poethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00667034322952126127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6095051775701760509.post-32414791640684508542011-12-17T12:14:14.745+05:302011-12-17T12:14:14.745+05:30yeah true, but seriously u want that???yeah true, but seriously u want that???sneha https://www.blogger.com/profile/10973322273347691132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6095051775701760509.post-29323121503743897342011-12-17T09:15:56.576+05:302011-12-17T09:15:56.576+05:30You are very astute young one.You are very astute young one.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6095051775701760509.post-92053715358242719122011-12-17T06:08:50.413+05:302011-12-17T06:08:50.413+05:30wow. this was so powerful.

My mother worked and as we lived with my grandparents it was nothing out of the ordinary.
Mum had to work as dad died when I was three and in those days there was no social security or benefits. I would to liked to have had my mum home especially in the school holidays.

A great read and most thought provoking.
Yvonne.RHYTHM AND RHYMEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11386975261804630799noreply@blogger.com
